Delivery & returns

UK delivery

Delivery is ¤4.95 per order, and free on orders over ¤75.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days by tracked Royal Mail.

Every model is packed by hand with the original box protected inside an outer carton. We deliver to UK addresses only; get in touch before ordering if you are overseas.

Collect from the shop

Choose Collect from the shop in the basket and there is nothing to pay for delivery. We will email you as soon as your order is ready.

Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm Saturday 10am to 4pm Sunday closed

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition. Contact us before sending anything back.

If anything arrives damaged, email us photographs within 48 hours and we will put it right.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stock is reserved for you for 30 minutes while you pay.
