This page explains what information we collect on this website and what we do with it. Retro Toys & Collectables (The Bolton Model Shop) is the data controller.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address and delivery address, plus what you bought. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and never reach our servers.
• Accounts: your email address and a securely hashed password, your order history and your wishlist.
• Sell enquiries: the details and photographs you send us so we can value your collection.
• Cookies: a basket cookie so your items are still there when you come back, a login cookie if you sign in, and your "in stock only" preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, respond to your enquiries, keep your account working and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments, and our delivery carrier receives your name and address to deliver your parcel. Both handle data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for accounting purposes. Sell enquiries are deleted once they are closed and no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
